2012 Riesling Spätlese feiherb

Fruity, aromatic, very expressive Riesling type with elegant nose just “classy”. The grapes are literally picked later in the harvest period. They are riper with a higher natural sugar content. These wines are more intense in flavour and concentration, but not necessarily sweet. Pairing with richer, more flavourful food, or enjoyed by as aperitif or dessert wines.                                                    

Riesling is the prominent and most recognized grape variety of Germany. Riesling grapes are grown in more vineyards in Germany than any other grape variety.

Goes very well with spicy, sweet and sourer or semi sweet Chinese dishes.
