2012 Sauvignon Blanc

Pronounced cassis (black currant) note with elegant structure and incredible long lasting fruit. Was known in former Germany under the name: “Bukett Silvaner”.Strong, refreshing scent. Ripe gooseberries, balanced acidity, a touch of apricot with citrus and green apple impressions.

Ideal with all kind of fish dishes, grilled, smoked and cooked but also salad dished.
